Cthulhu Idol and Cthulhu Chocolates/Candy Winners

As promised, we have 4 winners!  James Krstulovich from Illinois won the Cthulhu Idol.  James wrote:

WOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I’m sure you can imagine my elation! This is unbelievable, thank you and the artist so much. Thank you thank you thank you.

Katy Sozaeva from Georgia,  Jacob Pousson from Texas, and Linda Alford from Rhode Island won the candy package: 1 “Cthulhu Chocolate Idol”, 1 “Gummy Cthulhu”, and 4 “Loathsome Lovecraftian Lollipops” (see pictures at the end of this post).

The sculpture and the Lovecraftian candies and chocolates are from Jason McKittrick.  Jason owns Cryptocurium: Custom Chocolates & Candies: www.cryptocurium.com .  If you didn’t win this time, you can still ask Jason to create your very own Cthulhu Idol!  Click here to see his sculptures, and then email him at hanzo999@aol.com if you are interested in purchasing something from him or having him build something to order for you.  And remember to order some Lovecraftian candy soon!

And yes, there will be another contest soon!  (Puts on thinking cap…)

  1. Darn, I didn’t win. Probably a good thing, the number of Cthulhu statues in my house is starting to worry even me…

  2. Congrats to the winners! I can’t say I’m not disappointed at not being among the lucky few. It’s probably just as well since I doubt my wife would let me put the Cthulhu sculpture on the fireplace mantle in the living room anyway. Of course there are plenty of bookcases in little dark corners of the house that I could always set it.

  3. Yay!!! Now I just need to find appropriate places to put them where they a) won’t melt or b) end up being licked by my cats … ;-) Thanks!!
