The other day, I posted a drawing of Cthulhu by H.P. Lovecraft himself. Joe Broers has created a Cthulhu sculpture based on that drawing, and it’s killer! See the pictures below. You can order one, if you so desire — 10% will go to support Lovecraft eZine. (Joe is the same guy who created the “Resident of Innsmouth” and “Brown Jenkin” sculptures that I gave away recently.)
Click here to buy “Lovecraft’s Cthulhu”. It will look great on your desk as you read Lovecraft eZine!

(By the way: This website will have a little store hopefully by the end of this week; I will offer various quality Lovecraftian items.)

That is the coolest Cthulhu sculpture I have ever seen. Absolutely perfect.
Holy…! People amaze me with their artistic talent!
What is the sculpture made of? How big is it?
It’s made of resin ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Resin ), and I’ve got an email in to Joe asking the size.
They are painted black/green with gold highlights. They are 7 3/4 inches tall.
This is the best straight up interpretation of the Old Gents drawing I’ve seen yet. Love the multiple eyes and scales.
That is AMAZING!
Tres nifty. The world needs more quality Cthulhu statues.
Wow! I’m glad that’s not made of chocolate because I would never eat something that looked that good. Amazing work!
That is friggin’ GORGEOUS. I wish I had some extra money that didn’t need to go to silly nonessentials like car insurance so I could get one *sigh* Maybe someday … We have some seriously talented and wonderful members!

Amazing. Bought. Will look great in my office. You said it’s painted black and green with gold highlights? Will it arrive looking as it does in the picture posted here? If it looks different do you have a picture of what it will look like? I really dig it like it is in the pic though.
They vary from the picture slightly because I hand paint each one. I think the photo is a little lighter than they usually turn out, and I think they’re better being a bit darker.
Sounds awesome! I can’t wait to put it on my desk. My students will dig it too. Ever consider sculpting (if it’s even possible without losing your sanity) a shoggoth?
I don’t see any info re price and shipping, or did I just miss it?
Hi, Gill. It shows up when you click the “order” link — but anyway, they are priced at $65.00, with $11.35 added for shipping, if you are in the USA. If you are not, then please email me first and I can give you a postage price based on where you are located.
Thanks.
GOT MINE AND IT’S AWESOME!!!!! IA IA CTHULHU
