Win a Free Copy of ‘Dead But Dreaming 2’!

Time for another drawing!  Most of you are probably familiar with the first Dead But Dreaming book, called by many the finest Lovecraft anthology to see print in a long time.  Personally, I agree — the stories are first-rate.  If you are a Lovecraftian, Dead But Dreaming is a must own (click here to buy a copy, buying it through this link supports this website).

Anyway, Kevin Ross is releasing Dead But Dreaming 2, and I’ve just purchased a copy for one lucky winner!  And not only does the winner of this drawing get a free copy of the book, you’ll also receive a color bookmark signed by the awesome W.H. Pugmire!

To enter yourself into the drawing, do two simple things: (1) Comment below with some feedback about The Lovecraft eZine, and (2) “LIKE” The Lovecraft eZine on Facebook, if you haven’t already.  Pretty easy, eh?

One lucky winner will be drawn this coming Sunday night.

I hope everyone is enjoying my little online magazine.  The May issue will be out tomorrow!

      • That’s great news. Lovecraft’s imagery is, well, you know what it’s like — inspirational and strange.

I’m sure I’ll have a little something to send your way, by and by. And I’d love to read other poets, too.

  1. I appreciate the effort of any community interested in weird horror. I’m so thankful I’m not lurking a vampire/werewolf one. Plus, the eZine idea is a great, economically friendly method of publishing and collecting legitimate Lovecraftian stories while still paying authors of all classes.

Being a member from the start, it’s a nice, warm feeling to see how successful it’s become. I hope it does so well that “best choice” MATERIAL publications are released at the end of each year!

  2. The Lovecraft Ezine is a ‘favorite’ for me and I try to stop by a few times a week.
    Thanks for your great effort.

  3. Thanks for a truly great ezine. Never can have to much Lovecraft inspired fiction.
Also a thanks to Willum Pugmire who pointed to this ezine in the first place.

  4. I have liked the fiction on Lovecraftezine so far, for the most part. I am saving this issue for next week at work! My one suggestion is to please make a downloadable pdf of each issue. It’s one of the things I really like about Innsouth Free Press. I got one of those Cthulhu jump drives and I have all the copies of IFP on it. I’d love to carry around my Lovecraftezines too!

    Keep up the good work!

  5. I’ve been really enjoying the fiction each issue… It really is a cut above the normal “eZine”. And I love the updates and links to audio plays and other cool stuff. Keep up the good work! I’m a fan on FB, of course!

  6. I started reading online Cthulhu Mythos fiction regularly after Nightshades, Mythos Online, and Letters had all shuttered, and the only ezines I could find that was still updating was Innsmouth Free Press. Much as I like IFP, it’s insufficient to meet my demand. So it’s wonderful to have such a great new zine on the scene, especially one that publishes authors like W. H. Pugmire and Joseph Pulver. Keep up the great work!

  7. Mike…you rock. I’d say more, but I don’t wanna get all maudlin on ya. And you don’t have to include me in the drawing…I’ll have a few copies lying around I’m sure.

  8. Thanks, everyone, for the kind words about the ezine. I do appreciate it — if anyone has constructive criticism to offer, that’s welcome as well. I wasn’t fishing for compliments, but I do like to get feedback from my readers from time to time. Thanks.

  9. I love the eZine: I’ve found audio books, audio dramas, and books I’ve never even heard of that I probably would still not know about with the eZine!

  10. Lovecraft eZine will resonate you into other dimensions. Not only does it keep putting out quality contemporary Lovcraftian mythos by known and published authors, but also comes at you with interesting news and then punishes your ears with seemingly never-ending audio files of readings and radio plays based on the Old Gents dark writings. It’s an online evolution of Yogsothery. You’ve been warned.

  11. I enjoy this Lovecraft eZine, because I get instant emails, an also cause it’s very interesting and learn other stuff, I didn’t even know 🙂
