More news on the upcoming Lovecraftian film TRANSCENDENT

Teal Sherer

I have previously posted about the upcoming Lovecraftian film Transcendent.  Director Mars Homeworld sent me this update:

Still moving forward on the film.  This past weekend I shot the “Mother Hydra” sequences with actress Teal Sherer (who is best known for her spooky character “Venom” on THE GUILD web series) at a green screen stage in Los Angeles. Also making cameos (as Dagon-worshiping cultists) will be Cleve Hall (Star of SyFy Channel’s show MONSTER MAN), as well as Staci Wilson, noted genre Journalist and writer for Entertainment Weekly as well as AOL entertainment. And (Schedule permitting) Kenneth J Hall (creator of the PUPPET MASTER franchise, and a noted Creature/FX designer who just finished KISS’s Gene Simmons latest concert tour costume.

The shoot has been going well, despite health setbacks, weather, etc., and I hope to have some stills to share from the shoot so readers of the Lovecraft eZine can see ’em first!

While we’re waiting on those stills, here’s a treat: The music Mars wrote for the transformation sequence in the film. Real voices scored at a real choir session, not a synth!

Download the music here.
