Hi folks!
I just finished Crypt of the Moon Spider by Nathan Ballingrud, and I loved it. Click on over to Amazon (or wherever) right now and pick up this book! (Only $4.99 on Kindle.)
SERIOUSLY. This is a fantastic novella with elements of cosmic and gothic horror, and some insightful commentary on depression to boot. It has a Bradbury-esque vibe, and I can imagine the ghost of the great man reading it with a smile.
I’ll be interviewing Nathan this coming Thursday at 5:00 pm Eastern Time. As always, it will be archived on YouTube if you can’t watch live, and later the audio will be on Spotify, Apple, or wherever you listen to your podcasts.
By the way, you can stay in the loop on upcoming interviews if you join this low traffic mailing list.

I finished reading this last night. First I have to confess to a lifelong….um…dislike of spiders and anything similar. It doesn’t make sense, but I found myself already a bit nervous before reading. SMH.
I enjoyed this quite a bit and am eager to read the following stories. I’ll also admit that the ending caught me by surprise and opens up so many possibilities.
I highly recommend reading Crypt of the Moon Spider. I’ve added it, and the rest of the trilogy when they are released, to my ‘must have’ list.
