As I’m sure most of you know, every Sunday I host a video talk show. We talk about all things Lovecraft, weird fiction, cosmic horror, and more. I’ve received many requests to create an audio edition of the show, so that people can listen “on the go”. I’ve now done that, and the eZine Talk Show is now available as a podcast!
So now you have three ways to watch/listen: You can watch the show live every Sunday (6pm ET, at this link), or watch the recorded edition on Youtube any time later (at this link), or, now, you can listen to the show via the podcast page (or on iTunes).
We have a lot of fun on the show, and if you haven’t listened to it or watched it yet, this is a great time to start. Last Sunday’s show was one of our best yet, and next Sunday I’ll be talking with Trent Zelazny, son of the legendary Roger Zelazny! We’ll discuss his father’s Lovecraftian novel A Night in the Lonesome October, and much more. Author Laird Barron will also be joining us, as a guest panelist.
Here’s how to watch or listen to the show:
- Watch the show LIVE every Sunday at 6:00pm Eastern time (5pm Central, 3pm Pacific) at this link. OR,
- Watch the archived edition of the show later, on the Lovecraft eZine Youtube channel. OR,
- Listen to the audio podcast edition of the show at this link (or listen on iTunes).
Panelists are Joe Pulver, Rick Lai, Pete Rawlik, Salome Jones, Matthew Carpenter, and me — Mike Davis. Check out Joe Pulver’s latest books A House of Hollow Wounds and The King in Yellow Tales. If you love pulp fiction, definitely visit Rick Lai’s Amazon page. Be sure to read Reanimators and The Weird Company by Pete Rawlik. And read Cthulhu Lives, edited by Salome Jones.
