  1. Grabbers-I saw this on one of our links this week, but I can’t re-find it. It is available in Netflix instant, and I had fun watching it. It’s a comedy(seems a lot are) and going through IMBD.there is nothing Lovecraftian even mentioned. more Tremors or Critters. Anyways an alien tentacle monster lands near the coast of Ireland, and the only thing that can is stopping it from sucking everyone on the island’s blood is its’ deadly allergy to alchol blood levels, about point 02 is a fairly safe limit.
That is not giving anything away but just the reason for alot of obnoxious fun.

  2. There were 2 movies linked together in “In to Cast a Deadly Spell” can’t remember the other ones name. Anyone else?

  3. Try Lemora: a child’s tale of the supernatural 1973… I really enjoyed the atmosphere in the beginning of this film. Has a great Dunwich kinda vibe to it, I found this while searching for a copy of Quatermass and the pit. Also check out Brian Yuzna’s Beneath Still Waters. It is about a city sunken underwater with some sort of arcane church loaded with Lovecraft nods. Mariano Baino’s Dark Waters is my current favorite of all Lovecraft influenced films as of the moment. The Last Gateway by Demian Rugna is another film you should check out as well.

  4. Of the Lovecraft influenced movies I have seen, the very best is “In The Mouth Of Madness”. The movie stars Sam Neill and is jammed crammed pack with Lovecraft references.

    • These are all currently free-to-watch movies on Youtube, via separate sources. The thoroughness of translation into other languages might not be addressed on the films that have been posted. I would recommend searching for these films with subtitles in the language of your choosing. Perhaps another Youtube user has done so.

  5. One youtube there is a copy of Mariano Baino’s Dark Water a Lovecraftian movie about a girl that trying to discover something about his past travel to a remote island in wich an religious order keep a secret about a monstruos sea beast.

  6. “Stalker” is based on the excellent book “Roadside Picnic” by the Strugatski brothers. I’m unaware of them or Director Tarkovski crediting Lovecraft. But there are some interesting parallels of the horrific unknown from beyond.
