I added five more short films to the Lovecraftian “small studios” page:
Ethereal Chrysalis – film by Syl Disjonk.
The Deep End – film by Daniel Johansson.
The Deep Ones – film by Simo Paulakoski.
My Necronomicon – film by Aaron Vanek.
Call of Tutu – film by Aaron Vanek.
I want to thank you guys for plugging The Deep Ones and The Deep End here – it is awesome to get this kind of exposure!
However, I would like to point out that The Deep End, as opposed to The Deep Ones, is not a film by Simo Paulakoski (he served as an executive producer). It is a film written and directed by Daniel Johansson (that’d be me).
Again, thanks for the exposure – you guys are awesome!
/Daniel

Hi Daniel, thanks for the kind words! Sorry I missed your comment until now. I’ve made that change. Sorry about that.

Call of Tutu really works for me–one of those rare shorts that feels like an alternate reality has seeped into it. Aaron–KEEP MAKING MOVIES!

Thanks, Brian. I’ve left movie making, but I am still involved in Lovecraft cinema–I started the San Pedro chapter of the H.P. Lovecraft Film Festival® (April 29, 30, May 1, 2016). Otherwise, I’m making Lovecraft games, or trying to. However, there is a short script (not written by me) that I’ve wanted to make for ages, but don’t have the money to do it. But 2016 might prove very interesting. Thanks for the compliment, cheers!
