The spectacular Lovecraftian game Elder Sign: Omens is only 99 cents right now for Android and iPhone! Your insanity is assured:
Something terrible has begun to awaken within our museum… a something unsatisfied with mere exhibition or human study, writhing with ancient evil and terrible purpose. An entity that must, at all costs, be prevented access to our world. From my studies, I am convinced that such dangers are not new to the human experience. The very fact that humanity survives to this day, I attribute to our forefathers’ success in resisting the tormented realities beyond our own. Among the rarities I have been fortunate enough to uncover, one particular emblem seems significant. A symbol of purported resistive faculty and considerable power. They called it the Elder Sign.
I’ve played this game several times, and I really enjoyed it.
Once you get the hang of it, it can get really engrossing. Some folks might get frustrated at how many times you spend losing, but given the nature of the mythos, going mad along the way is par for the course. It would have been nice if there were individualized victories for the various Great Old Ones, but for 99 cents and everything else that comes with the game, it’s a very small quibble. Picking up the additional modules expands game play, but they’re not absolutely essential for beginners. My recommendations would be the Cthulhu and Nyarlathotep expansions.

Definitely one of the best .99 cent purchases one could ever make. Not only is ES:O a great game in its own right, but it’s a faithful emulation of the original board game. It makes great use of the library of excellent Mythos art that FFG have built over the years.
One of my personal favourite games, either in digital or cardboard.
